Why weeks?
Days are too many, years too coarse. A long life holds about four thousand weeks — they fit on a single screen, and that is sobering.
What does the 80-year horizon mean?
It is just an adjustable convention for the grid size, close to the average life expectancy in developed countries — not a prediction. Set 90 or 100 and the grid rebuilds.
